**This is the Spanish version of the course. / Esta es la versión en español del curso.** The EatFresh.org Mini Course for Educators was designed to support nutrition educators. Like the Mini Course, it’s available in English and Spanish and is mobile friendly. The five topics for educators support leading efficient and effective classes using CalFresh Healthy Living messaging, adult learning theories, and facilitation best practices. The topics also incorporate ideas on how to utilize specific resources from our Food Smarts Curriculum and EatFresh.org to complement nutrition programming. However, the course was designed to be useful to any nutrition educator, not just those educators working with the Food Smarts Curriculum. Each topic takes about 20 minutes to complete.
