Bethany was a one-woman show at our Food Smarts for Food Pantries Training in Del Norte County California (it’s as far north as you can get). The training centered around how to create client-centered health-promoting pantries and topics ranged from how to assess client needs to facilitating delicious and efficient food demonstrations.
