This week we launched our first IndieGoGo campaign to raise additional funds for The Tenderloin Cooking School: Smart Meals for Small Spaces. We are hoping to lower our per-unit print cost and also get the book out to more people and organizational partners.
The cookbook is beautiful – My Tu shot the photos (with some styling help from Carrie Dove and some prep help from our staff) and several staff hands (including mine) are on display – and the binding will be top-notch. We wanted to create a sturdy, practical, and usable tool for getting people cooking simple, inexpensive, delicious meals even if they are without a traditional kitchen setup.
Please support our efforts! It means a lot for us to bring a project like this through to completion – and we want to be able to give lots of copies to those who will use it!
