Leah’s Pantry participated in the “Road to Resilience” conference put on by Just In Time for Foster Youth this past Saturday. Ninety foster youth and adult coaches gathered for a day of workshops on resilience. Leah’s Pantry presented a workshop called “Mindful Eating: Eat Guilt Free and Save Money.” This interactive workshop tackled some tough issues we all face – how do we enjoy food, stay healthy, and keep within our budget?
