Using trauma-informed principles and Appreciative Inquiry, you’ll learn how to engage volunteers, build shared ownership, and create a sustainability plan that fits your community’s capacity.
Whether you’re a garden coordinator, educator, or volunteer leader, this training will give you the tools and structure to guide a successful transition.
Participants will also receive a workbook to guide them through the appreciative inquiry process step by step, along with access to a curated library of garden resources to support ongoing planning and implementation.
