Young Children Around the Table: An Early Childhood Education Toolkit
A toolkit of resources to promote whole body, whole child nourishment and developmentally appropriate engagement with fruits and vegetables among children ages 3-5 in early childhood education (ECE) settings.
Components:
- Classroom Lessons: Activities that engage children in the kitchen and garden; take-home newsletters for the family.
- Family Activities: Interactive activities for parent-child engagement at home and during events.
- Training: Capacity building training for ECE providers.

Garden Smarts
A flexible, nutrition-focused gardening curriculum for kids. Learners become familiar with basic concepts of growing and preparing nutritious foods while exploring how food production and cooking practices influence different cultures, including their own.
Intended Audience: Kids in grades K-8

Food Smarts Adapted for Disability Communities
An adaptation of the Food Smarts nutrition education curriculum for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring physical impairments. The curriculum focuses on improving food literacy, autonomy, empowerment, and inclusion through Universal Design (UD) principles.
Intended Audience: Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
